LANIBABY DIAPERS provides a warranty on workmanship for properly cared for Lanibaby diapers and will provide a replacement in the rare chance that a manufacture’s defect should occur. Warranty is valid for original purchaser only from an authorized dealer if not purchased from our website. Proof of purchase is required. We will offer a refund or replacement upon the return of the defective item.
WHAT IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY:
Broken snaps due to a manufacture defect.
- Elastics Defects: 6 months
Elastics that become uncased or unattached due to a manufacture defect.
- Sewing and Workmanship Defects: 6 months
Stitches that become undone and other structural components due to a manufacture defect.
WARRANTY IS VOID WHEN:
- Proper washing and drying instructions have not been followed as outlined. Please see “Washing Instructions”.
- The diaper or inserts have been altered in any way.
- A sanitize cycle is used while washing or water temperatures exceed 120 degrees.
- Fabric softeners or dyer sheets have been used.
- Any product or chemical is used that is not suitable for laundering. Including but not limited to: natural homemade detergents, laundry soaps, soap nuts, vinegar, essential oils. Please see a list of approved detergents here.
- Product was purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
- The use of rash creams/Vaseline without a liner. For a list of diaper safe creams, please click here.
- The diaper or insert was part of a promotional giveaway.
- Diapers and inserts have been stored improperly in a wet pail or soaking in any caustic substances that may damage the diaper components.
- Diapers have been misused and improperly cared for against our recommendations as outlined. Please see “Washing and Care Instructions”.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY:
- Normal wear and tear, pilling, leaking, odor issues, incorrect fit, fading, staining, repelling, melting, effects of hard water, and other issues. If you need guidance regarding these issues, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help you troubleshoot.
- Diaper rash, skin or medical conditions, or elastic impressions on skin. Kindly note that we cannot offer any medical advice, guidance, or recommendations, of any kind. We cannot provide diaper rash remedies. Please seek professional medical advice with any questions.
- Damage to diapers and inserts due to washing and drying machine design, defects, or malfunctions.
- Damage, tears, rips, pulls, missing snaps, relaxed elastics, etc to diapers and inserts due to mishandling, improper care, rough handling, and misuse. Please see our video on how to release snaps properly.
- Second hand diapers or inserts.
- Factory seconds.
HOW TO MAINTAIN YOUR WARRANTY:
- Follow proper washing instructions. Please see “Washing Instructions”.
- Follow proper care and use instructions. We will be providing videos and written instructions for your reference.
- Never stretch warm elastics or stuff diapers when warm. Let diapers cool after drying before handling. Stretching warm elastics can lead to irreversible relaxation and cannot be covered under the warranty.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM:

to fill out our Return Authorization Form. Kindly note that products will not be accepted without prior authorization.
- Product must be sent at customer’s expense with proof of purchase. We will cover the expense of shipping back to customer.
- We will inspect item and refund or replace if necessary.
- Items must arrive to us clean, dry, stain free, absent of mildew or mold. Diapers and inserts sent to us that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be discarded upon delivery.
- Items must fall within the warranty time frame as outlined in our warranty terms and conditions.
We cannot be responsible for items lost/damaged during any part of the shipping process.
Lanibaby accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must have been purchased directly www.lanibaby.com and must be in unwashed, undamaged and resaleable condition. Refunds will not be given for items purchased through 3rd party retailers or items received as a gift. Items must be accompanied by original receipt or proof or purchase from www.lanibaby.com. Refunds will be given on actual purchase price only, less shipping. Promotional items, giveaway items, second hand, and/or clearance items will not be eligible for returns or refunds. Kindly note that the cost of postage and shipping to Lanibaby will be at the customer's expense and will not be reimbursed.
